Submit an Observation

Due to firewall issues, we had to change the form engine for information requests. If you wish to include shapefiles or KMLs/KMZs, these will need to be zipped and attached. The interactive map also permits you to specify project location. The form should automatically send an email to the address entered in the form. All things appear to be working. However, if you do not hear back from us within 3 business days, please contact Todd Fagin to report the problem.
